The project is located at Malindi Zanzibar, in proposed parking area in Unguja. It comprises the construction of Multi stories Car parking building consisting of basement level, ground level and other two stories (B+G+2) with all associated works including electrical, plumbing and ICT. The major works is the steel works, concrete work. The total construction period of 12 months.
